Paddy Pimblett v Jordan Leavitt UFC London Betting Odds, Tips & Predictions

Do not get me wrong, when I say he is the new Conor McGregor, I do not mean in terms of talent and what he has or is going to achieve. What I actually mean is that you either love him or hate him.

His fans from Liverpool adore him, but there are a few who do not like his attitude. Personally, I think he’s great for the sport and the UK in general.

An example of this was highlighted after his last fight at the O2 Arena. Rodrigo Vargas rocked him before getting a submission win. After the fight, during an interview with Manchester-born Michael Bisping, Pimblett said: “I’m a Scouser. We don’t get knocked out.”

A lot of people did not like that comment and they made their concerns known when Pimblett was included as a downloadable character on the UFC game on Xbox and PlayStation.

Fans quickly used Pimblett as an opponent and proceeded to get a bigger fighter to knock him out. So, as much as he will have thousands of fans in attendance wanting him to win, there will be some wanting him to get knocked out, so he becomes more humble.

Being a top fighter in the UFC, he doesn’t need to be humble he just needs to get results so he ends up with title fights in the future.

He will bring a lot of energy to the O2 Arena when he takes on Jordan Leavitt. The ‘Monkey King’ has won 10 of his 11 professional fights and has won four from five in the UFC.

Leavitt comes into this fight on the back of a split decision victory over Trey Ogden in April, but I do not think he has the tools to stop a pumped-up Paddy ‘The Baddy’.

Back Pimblett to win this before the final buzzer. As much as he doesn’t want to get knocked out, he will be determined to prove he can punch as well. Back the Liverpudlian to win by knockout in the third round.
