Lauren Murphy v Miesha Tate UFC Fight Night Betting Odds, Tips & Predictions
Miesha Tate will eventually go down as one of the best female fighters in the UFC, but it’s safe to say she is in the back end of her career.
‘Cupcake’ is a former bantamweight champion, but she has only won one of her last four fights. She has a professional record of 27 fights, 19 wins and eight defeats.
The 35-year-old probably doesn’t have many more big fights in her, but she will always sell tickets and puts bums on seats.
She is actually the younger fighter in this contest, but I think ‘Lucky’ Lauren Murphy has something about her and she is not ready to retire just yet.
Murphy has not won a title in the UFC, but her last fight was a title bout as she suffered a TKO defeat at the hands of Valentina Shevchenko with ‘The Bullet’ retaining her flyweight belt.
I am a massive Tate fan, but she wasn’t at her best against Ketlen Vieria in her last fight in November. For that reason, I am going with Murphy to win this bout on points and move a step closer to another title shot.
