Outright - Men's
Having knocked out our pre-tournament tip Novak Djokovic in four fantastic sets – which took over four hours to complete! – Rafael Nadal looks set to win a ridiculous 14th French Open title.
With Carlos Alcaraz knocked out on the same day, too, there doesn’t appear to be any realistic threat left to the King of Clay.
Alexander Zverev was in great form against Alcaraz, to be fair, and did beat Nadal on clay in Madrid last year. But we really struggle to envisage Nadal being beaten over five sets.
Outright - Women's
Not too much justification is needed for this one: 2020 French Open champion Iga Swiatek is in the midst of a 28-match unbeaten run and simply looks streets ahead of everyone else on clay.
Still only 20-years-old, it would be no surprise to see her lift this trophy several times throughout the course of her career, providing she remains injury-free and highly motivated.
