Tom O'Flaherty - Exeter Chiefs Champions Cup

First Try Scorer Predictions & Tips: Exeter Chiefs v Racing 92 (Saturday 16:45 BST)

Exeter Chiefs are favourites to see off Racing 92 in the European Champions Cup as they attempt to complete the first stage of a historic European and Domestic double. The only way the Chiefs fail to win the Champions Cup is if they go into this game too confident. If they underestimate Racing 92, then they could end up with egg on their face. I believe Exeter have come too far to slip up in the Final, I am expecting quite a few tries in this one with the Chiefs running out comfortable winners. Exeter have scored 34 tries this season – the most of any team in the competition – with Sam Simmonds leading the way with seven tries. I do believe the back row forward will cross over for a try during the game, but it won’t be the first one. I am going for winger Tom O’ Flaherty to grab the opener. The Chiefs will drive to the middle in an attempt to force their way over with the likes of Sam Simmonds and Jacques Vermeulen leading the charge, before spreading the ball out wide and I expect O’Flaherty to be in the right place to touch down.
