Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: Manchester United v LASK Linz (Wednesday 20:00 BST)

Manchester United are well and truly in the driving seat in their Round of 16 Europa League tie against LASK Linz. Their first leg encounter took place back in March with the Red Devils running out convincing 5-0 winners thanks to goals from Odion Ighalo, Daniel James, Juan Marta, Mason Greenwood and Andreas Pereira. United have already qualified for next season’s Champions League after finishing in third place, but they would like to add some silverware to the cabinet. Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is expected to rest a number of his star players seeing as they have such a clear margin. I am expecting United to win this quite comfortably without conceding a goal. David de Gea has gone under the microscope recently with some lacklustre performances, but the spotlight will be off him on Wednesday when Sergio Romero is expected to wear the gloves like he normally does in Europe.

Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: Wolves v Olympiakos (Thursday 20:00 BST)

This second leg is finely poised with the match all square at 1-1, although Wolves do have that very important away goal thanks to Pedro Neto’s deflected effort. The Premier League side will need to be tight at the back if they are to prevent Olympiakos grabbing that away goal they so desperately need. I can see this being a very tight affair, Wolves are well aware that keeping a clean sheet will see them advance to the next round of the Europa League. They will be very cautious in the first half, but as long as they remain composed at the back then they can nick a goal late on to put the tie out of Olympiakos’ reach. I cannot see there being many goals in this one and don’t expect both teams to get on the score sheet.

Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: Manchester City v Real Madrid (Friday 20:00 BST)

This game has goals written all over it. Both Manchester City and Real Madrid love to play attacking football, and with players like Isco, Karim Benzema, Vinicius Junion, Raheem Sterling, Kevin de Bruyne and Gabriel Jesus on the park, then there should be goals from somewhere. City have only failed to score twice in their last nine matches in all competitions, while the last time Real Madrid failed to score was a 1-0 defeat away at Levante in La Liga back in February. Both teams managed to score at the Bernabeu in the first-leg, so do not expect anything different in this one. Real Madrid need to score to get back into this tie, while City cannot afford to sit back and play out a goalless draw. This game will have goals.

Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: Bayern Munich v Chelsea (Saturday 20:00 BST)

Chelsea need goals and quickly, it is as simple as that. They are already 3-0 down from the first leg at Stamford Bridge, and they are going up against a team that has kept four clean sheets in the Champions League already this season. They managed to keep 15 in the Bundesliga. The Blues will have their work cut out as Bayern Munich are in the mood to go on and win their sixth Champions League title. Chelsea will struggle without the injured Christian Pulisic – the United States international was taken off at Wembley in the FA Cup Final with a hamstring problem. Before his injury, he was the best player on the field and gave the Blues the lead, without him they are going to struggle for goals. Olivier Giroud works hard, but he fades in and out of matches, while I don’t think Tammy Abraham is the right man to lead them to European glory just yet. Can only see Bayern Munich scoring goals in this one.

Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: Rangers v St Mirren (Sunday 15:00 BST)

Rangers boss Steven Gerrard is looking to build from the back as he attempts to shore up their defence this season. Their pre-season campaign has seen them win five matches, scoring 12 goals and conceding just one. They took that firm defence into their opening Scottish Premiership match against Aberdeen as Ryan Kent scored the only goal of the game in a 1-0 success at Pittodrie. Rangers will always score goals with the likes of Ianis Hagi, Kent and Alfredo Morelos in their ranks, while Gerrard has also boosted his ranks with the arrival of former Oxford United and Leeds United striker Kemar Roofe. Rangers look very settled under Gerrard and this could be the year he wins his first trophy as a manager, I expect them to win this game without conceding a goal again.
