Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: Athletic Bilbao v Cadiz (Thursday 18:00 BST)

Athletic Bilbao host Cadiz for their mid-week clash just days after beating Eibar (1-2) at Ipurua, as Unai Lopez bagged a brace and secured the points late on. They now hope to build on the performance and we do see them making it happen on Thursday but it’s fair to say, Gaizka Garitano’s men have felt far from convincing at the back.

Cadiz will now have to look for an upset in the sense, having proven themselves a tough side to shut down already. We’ve seen them bag three goals in two games, as Alvaro’s side beat Huesca (0-2) but saw what ended as a comfortable home loss to Sevilla (1-3) despite taking the lead. They will surely be no easy rivals on the day either and we hope to see them find the net now as well.

Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: Sarajevo v Celtic (Thursday 19:00 BST)

Celtic travel to Bosnia, as they take on Sarajevo for a place in the Europa League group stage. Both sides in in excellent form, with the hosts winning the last five and the Bhoys winning their last six games. The Bosnian’s have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last three, while Neil Lennon’s side have managed two in a row, coming into this game.

The two sides met in last year’s Champions League qualifying stage, with Celtic winning the first leg 3-1 away from home, before securing a 2-1 win at Celtic Park and both sides can be expected to score again, in what looks to be a close tie in Zenica.

Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: Liverpool v Arsenal (Thursday 19:45 BST)

Liverpool and Arsenal resume hostilities, after Monday’s Premier League encounter, that saw the champions bag a 3-1 victory over the Gunners. Both sides made significant changes in the last round, with similar expected from Klopp and Arteta in this League Cup match.

The goals continued to flow on Monday, with both sides scoring in the match, for the eighth meeting in a row and with changes in personnel expected, more goals are likely. Both teams to score looks nailed on here, while a score draw and eventual penalties looks likely, between two sides that are a lot closer in quality, outside the first elevens.

Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: Tottenham v Maccabi Haifa (Thursday 20:00 BST)

Tottenham take on Maccabi Haifa in the last of the Europa League qualifiers, as Jose Mourinho’s side look to secure their path, to the group stage, against an Israeli side, who famously beat Manchester United back in the 2002/03 Champions League group stage.

Tottenham have used lots of rotation, with so many fixtures played, but will be buoyed by the penalty victory over Chelsea in League Cup on Tuesday and have scored in their last five. Haifa have scored in their last five games, but it looks less likely here, with Mourinho likely to play a stronger line-up, especially at the back. It is unlikely to be a vintage Spurs performance, but a win to nil looks on the cards for the Lilywhites.

Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: Union Berlin v Mainz 05 (Friday 19:30 BST)

Union Berlin won’t be happy with their one-point tally after two games played but a 1-1 draw at Borussia Monchengladbach will be a result they’re happy with. They host Mainz looking to return to the winning ways after two games, hoping to fully capitalize on goals scored and start climbing the table as early as possible.

Mainz have had troubles of their own and we’ve seen them suffer losses to RB Leipzig (3-1) and Stuttgart (1-4) through obvious woes at the back, despite finding the net on both occasions. They will want more but we feel it will be no easy task to get it at An der Alten Forsterei. Still, we hope for a great challenge and this should mean an exciting game with goals as well!

Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: Fiorentina v Sampdoria (Friday 19:45 BST)

Fiorentina have shown what they’re made of but got nothing to show for it as they suffered a thrilling 4-3 loss at Inter Milan, where we’ve seen three full comebacks before D’Ambrosio sealed the deal with just a minute left on the clock. They will now want more as they host unpredictable Sampdoria and we do feel they’ll be able to bag the points.

However, Viola have hardly felt very convincing at the back and they could be forced into an exciting game once again. Sampdoria saw a 3-0 loss at Juventus on the opening day of their campaign and when it felt like they’re bouncing back, they dropped a 2-0 lead against Benevento to suffer a 2-3 loss at home ground. We do expect the motivated to end the streak and this promises a challenge, but we don’t see them coping at this point.

Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: Coventry v Bournemouth (Friday 19:45 BST)

Coventry City take on Bournemouth in this Championship match, with the visitors in fine form, as they look to return to the Premier League at the first attempt. The Sky Blues have had a decent start and are currently unbeaten in their last two games.

Neither side have been free scoring so far, although both sides have scored 6 goals in five matches played, with both picking up clean sheets in their last match. Bournemouth should be the stronger side here, with a victory and both teams to score looking the most likely.

Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: Aberdeen v St Mirren (Friday 19:45 BST)

Aberdeen host St Mirren in this Scottish Premiership match, with the Dons looking to keep up with rivals Hibernian in the battle for third place, behind the Glasgow sides. They lost narrowly to Sporting, before bouncing back with a 3-0 win at Ross County. St Mirren have been struggling, having lost five on the bounce, including a 1-0 home defeat to Kilmarnock.

Aberdeen had struggled for goals before the Ross County win, but look set to take the points against a Buddies team that has scored no more than a single goal in each match. Aberdeen to win to nil looks the call here, if the Dons continue on from the Ross County win.

Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: PSG v Angers (Friday 20:00 BST)

PSG picked it up and connected a three-match winning streak as they beat Metz (1-0), Nice (0-3), and Reims (0-2) since mid-September. They now host Angers and hope to build on the performances, looking to close the four-point gap to the top of the table after a rather unconvincing start of the campaign. Parisians kept it together at the back and now seem very confident, which promises them in a good mood at Parc des Princes.

Angers come into the match on the back of a thriller win over Brest (3-2) and we’ve seen them scoring goals quite regularly, failing to do so just once this term. However, we don’t see them coping with in-form PSG and with that in mind, we’re hoping for a one-sided contest on Friday evening.

Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: Real Valladolid v Eibar (Saturday 12:00 BST)

Real Valladolid and Eibar have both struggled for points early in the new campaign and meet for their Saturday’s clash sitting in the bottom part of La Liga table. Valladolid held Real Sociedad (1-1) and Celta Vigo (1-1) to draws at this ground already and they’ll want more on the day, despite seeing a 2-0 loss at Real Betis along the way.

Eibar have seen struggles of their own and obviously lack the edge we’ve seen the last term. They only held Celta Vigo to a goalless draw on the opening day and saw narrow losses to Villarreal (2-1) and Athletic Bilbao (1-2) since. They will hope to fully capitalize on goals scored this time around but we see this as another tough challenge for them, as we go into an exciting game in the making.

Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: Sassuolo v Crotone (Saturday 14:00 BST)

Sassuolo will be happy with the start of the campaign despite struggling to impress as they hosted Cagliari (1-1), beating Spezia (1-4) as Duricic, Berardi, Defrel, and Caputo all made it on the scoresheet. They now have four points to their name and we expect them very motivated to build on the tally ahead of the International break.

Crotone have, on the other hand, seen quite comfortable losses to Genoa (4-1) and Milan (0-2) so it’s hard to see them as serious contenders for points if Sassuolo can keep it up. They have been moving forward with pace on occasions, though, and we feel the visitors will have hopes of their own at MAPEI Stadium – as we hope for another high-scoring occasion.

Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: Borussia Dortmund v Freiburg (Saturday 14:30 BST)

Borussia Dortmund host Freiburg for their Matchday 3 clash on Saturday afternoon, looking to bounce just days after a Super Cup loss to Bayern Munich (3-2) – where goals from Brandt and Haaland proved too little in search of a trophy. They dropped Bundesliga points at Augsburg (2-0) beforehand and Lucien Favre will be desperate for pick-me-ups at this point.

Freiburg have been tough to beat early on but it’s fair to say this will be the toughest task so far as well. They beat Waldhof Mannheim (1-2) in DFB Pokal and managed four points in games against Stuttgart (2-3) and Wolfsburg (1-1) in late September. The visitors have been scoring and conceding goals on the regular and will now hope to cause an upset too, promising an attacking approach and an exciting challenge.

Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: Lens v St Etienne (Saturday 16:00 BST)

St Etienne have lost on their consistency at the back and with Wesley Fofana reportedly moving to Leicester, it’s hard to see them regain it quickly. They travel to Lens with a streak of two games without a win, where Nantes (2-2) snatched a point and Rennes (0-3) bagged all three at Geoffroy-Guichard Stadium.

Lens have, on the other hand, seen their three-match winning streak ended at Nimes (1-1) last week. They beat PSG (1-0), Lorient (2-3), and Bordeaux (2-1) beforehand, proving themselves a tough side to outgun early in the new campaign. We now hope to see them as very tough rivals to beat once again as we expect an attacking approach on both ends with strikers delivering.

Both Teams To Score BTTS Predictions & Tips: Barcelona v Sevilla (Sunday 20:00 BST)

Barcelona have a busy week on their hands as they host Sevilla for their Matchday 5 derby clash on Sunday, just days after taking on a trip to Vigo. They’ve opened the campaign with great confidence as they beat Villarreal (4-0) and Ronald Koeman will hope to build on such a performance, where it felt like out of the question in the first half already.

Sevilla have seen a busy schedule of their own as they saw a thriller 2-1 loss to Bayern Munich and managed to bounce in a similarly exciting finish at Cadiz (1-3) last week. They’ve been scoring goals on the regular and Sevillistas will surely employ an attacking approach now as well, promising a great challenge as they look for the first upset at Camp Nou since 2010.
