Pakistan v England 3rd Test Cricket Betting Tips & Predictions
England are on the verge of a very impressive series whitewash win over Pakistan after two different types of victory in the opening two Test matches.
The first Test saw coach Brendon McCullum and captain Ben Stokes show immense faith in their troops by setting Pakistan a half-decent total to win the Test on a batting-friendly pitch. Their bowlers took up the challenge and got England home to a 74-run success.
The pitch in the second Test in Multan was not as friendly for batsmen, but England did enough once again. They set Pakistan a target of 355 to level the series, but four wickets from Mark Wood and two each from Ollie Robinson and Jimmy Anderson saw them claim a 26-run win.
It’s hard to predict that kind of pitch will be prepared at the National Stadium in Karachi but expect it to be a thrilling contest.
England will be looking to post a big total and then rely on their bowling attack to do the rest of the damage. The likes of Harry Brook, Ben Duckett, Zak Crawley and Ollie Pope have enjoyed time at the crease and caused the Pakistan bowlers a whole host of problems.
Former skipper Joe Root has posted 125 runs in two matches, and he is yet to post three figures in one innings. Back him to top-score for England and post his highest score of the tour.
For Pakistan, Saud Shakeel has taken to Test cricket like a duck to water. He made his debut in the first Test and posted 76 in the second innings. He then went on to score 63 and 94 respectively in the second Test.
I am backing him to shine once again and score the most runs in the first innings for the home team.
