Our expert has taken a look through all the races being staged on Wednesday and picked out a dangerous stayer running at Bangor as his NAP of the day.

Yanworth’s second outing over fences at Exeter may be the main focus of attention on Wednesday, but the most lucrative card of the day will be staged at Bangor. Our expert has taken a look through all the races being staged in North Wales and picked out a talented three miler as his NAP of the day.
1:45pm Anne Duchess Of Westminster Memorial Handicap Chase (Class 2) 3m

Battle Of Shiloh will be looking to recapture the winning form he showed during the first half of last season, whilst Potters Legend travels to Bangor searching for an overdue victory. However, the one who appeals most in this tightly-contested handicap is ACTINPIECES.

Pam Sly’s six-year-old featured in the Mares’ Novices’ Hurdle at Cheltenham before ending her hurdling career with a Listed victory at Prestbury Park. She was thrown straight into Listed company after just one outing over fences, but after labouring to a distant finish, she was dropped back to Class Four company on her following appearance.

A nine-length victory over a decent field at Wetherby sparked an excellent run of form, which saw her lose out by a neck to recent Sodexo Gold Cup runner-up Rock Gone before storming to a Class Three victory at Catterick over 25 furlongs. She finished third behind Antartica De Thaix and Desert Queen on her return to Cheltenham in April, before an early fall at Haydock brought her novice chasing campaign to an end.

Gina Andrews mount was pitched in with odds-on favourite Catamaran Du Seuil on her reappearance at Fakenham last month, but she jumped so well at the front of the field, Andrews could afford to ease her mount down after the last and still win by three lengths.

All her best performances have come over three miles on soft ground and the course here at Bangor should suit her style perfectly. The handicapper hasn’t been overly harsh with her after that convincing victory – bumping her up by just six pounds - and she should be able to challenge for a second successive victory carrying just 11-4 on her back.

Wednesday’s NAP of the day – ACTINPIECES (1:45pm Bangor, 5/1 William Hill)
