Who is the favourite to replace Theresa May as the next Tory leader?

Who is the favourite to replace Theresa May as the next Tory leader?

Theresa May has had to shoulder her fair share of criticism since ascending to the top of the Conservative party, but she may be nearing the end of her time as the leader of the party.

May is facing a vote of no confidence on Monday evening after 48 letters were sent to the 1922 Committee, with the ballot to be held between 6pm and 8pm in the Commons this evening.

With May facing that vote of no confidence, BetVictor have been pricing up the chances of the potential replacement for the current Conservative party leader. Boris Johnson leads the way at 7/2, while Dominic Raab is next at 11/2, followed by Sajid Javid who is 5/1.

Johnson, who is the former-Mayor of London, has been touted as a potential replacement for May in the past, and this may only become more of a reality if the current-Prime Minister is to lose the vote of no confidence.

BetVictor - Next Conservative Leader betting odds:

Boris Johnson - 7/2

Dominic Raab - 11/2

Sajid Javid - 5/1

Michael Gove - 7/1

Jeremy Hunt - 8/1

Jacob Rees-Mogg - 14/1

David Davis - 14/1

Amber Rudd - 14/1
