Manchester United v Crystal Palace Betting Tips Explained

United may be without a win in four in the Premier League, but are unbeaten in 16 league matches at Old Trafford and have a very good record against Palace in the English top-flight.

The Red Devils have won each of the last 10 league meetings between the sides on this ground – keeping a clean sheet in nine of those.

Jose Mourinho is likely to rest key players ahead of United’s Europa League final against Ajax on Wednesday, but will still be urging to build some momentum before then.

Wayne Rooney has scored each of his side’s last three goals in the Premier League and will be hoping for the chance to add to that tally, as he looks to nail down a starting place in Stockholm, while Juan Mata has netted in three of his five most recent appearances against the Eagles.

Palace may have enjoyed a commanding 4-0 win over Hull City on Sunday – relegating the Tigers in the process – but it came after a run of three straight scoreless defeats.

They may have beaten Chelsea and Liverpool on their recent travels while Christian Benteke has scored in five of the last six matches when they have found the net but, up against a United side wanting to send out a message ahead of Wednesday and next season, it promises to be a tricky day for Sam Allardyce’s men.
