Eibar v Deportivo La Coruna (11:00 BST)

La Liga strugglers Eibar and Deportivo La Coruna go head-to-head in an early kick off in the Basque Country on Sunday with three points very much needed by both sides. The hosts come into the clash on the back of a three game losing streak that has seen them slip into the relegation area, but they sit just a point behind their visitors in 15th thanks to two wins from their opening seven fixtures. Deportivo had climbed out of the drop zone prior to the international break thanks to two wins from their last three league outings. La Coruna have yet to win away from home this term, though, and we feel they'll come up short at Estadio Municipal de Ipurúa.

Girona v Villarreal (15:15 BST)

Villarreal look set to register their second victory over lower half opposition on the bounce when they visit Girona at Estadi Municipal de Montilivi on Sunday afternoon. The Yellow Submarine downed Eibar 3-0 at home last time out to maintain their grip on ninth position in the standings. That was Villarreal's third win of the campaign and third in their last five league outings, and given that only goal difference separates Girona and the drop zone and that they are without a win since the end of August in the Spanish top flight, a win for the visitors looks the most likely outcome here.

Malaga v Leganes (17:30 BST)

High-flying Leganes look set to heap more misery on hapless Malaga when the sides clash at Estadio La Rosaleda on Sunday evening. The visitors were seventh in the league table on 11 points heading into Matchday 8 and are unbeaten in three (DWD). They impressively held Atletico Madrid to a 0-0 draw at home last time out and having won away at Las Palmas (0-2) and Espanyol (0-1) this term, they've proven they are capable of holding their own on the road. We'll back them to earn their fourth win of the campaign at Malaga.

Real Betis v Valencia (19:45 BST)

Valencia are one of only two teams in the Spanish top flight to remain unbeaten so far this season (Barcelona are the other). Los Che have won three on the bounce ahead of Sunday evening's clash at Betis and having also held Real Madrid (2-2) and Atletico Madrid (0-0) this term, confidence is high at the club. The visitors haven't won at Estadio Benito Villamarín since 2009 but under Marcelino are a different proposition this season. We'll back them to consolidate their grip on third place in La Liga and beat a Betis side who have won three and drawn one of their last four league outings.
