Bradford City v Millwall Betting Tips Explained

After each playing 48 matches to make it this far, it all comes down to 90 minutes at Wembley to determine who will be promoted to the Championship next season.

With the high stakes on offer, it promises to be another closely fought contest between the sides, as each of the last three encounters have resulted in a 1-1 draw.

Lee Gregory has scored in three of the four most recent showdowns, including the 1-1 stalemate at The Den a year ago to the day, and, having netted in Millwall’s 3-2 victory over Scunthorpe United in the semi-finals, will fancy adding to his tally against the Bantams when it matters the most.

The Lions have now reached the final in each of their last four Play-Off campaigns and, after losing to Barnsley at this very stage 12 months ago, Neil Harris will be encouraging his side to avenge that defeat and secure their return to the Championship.

That is also the aim for Bradford, who are back to Wembley for the first time since 2013, when they reached the League Cup final before earning promotion to League One after beating Northampton Town 3-0.

Rory McArdle’s goal was enough to see off Fleetwood Town in the semi-finals and move Stuart McCall’s men to within 90 minutes of returning to the second tier after a 14-year exile.
