Alex W described the day as being ‘fantastic’ and from the smiles on the faces in the picture with Clive Smith, it looks like there might have been a few winners along the way!

We teamed up with Paddy Power to give away five pairs of tickets to the 2012 Cheltenham Open meeting on Saturday.

Here at Bettingpro we love sending our readers to some of the best meetings in the world and after we gave away tickets to Sandown and the Melbourne Cup in the last fortnight, we were also thrilled to launch our Cheltenham giveaways.

We gave our followers the chance to win pairs of tickets to Paddy Power Gold Cup day at Prestbury Park and the winners were there to enjoy a day out at one of the world’s most famous courses.

It was an exhilarating day on and off the course and there was big crowd there to generate a fantastic atmosphere at the prestigious meeting.  With National Hunt's leading names all taking aim at the meeting, the season came to life with explosive performances from the likes of Al Ferof and Our Father.

Alex W described the day as being ‘fantastic’ and from the smiles on the faces in the picture with Clive Smith, it looks like there might have been a few winners along the way!

Before the dust had time to settle in the Cheltenham Open meeting, we were already planning our next competition and you can win Kempton King George tickets on @bettingpro now.
