The bookmakers are in no doubt about who will win the world heavyweight title fight between Anthony Joshua and Jarrell Miller on June 1, but who are the experts backing to be victorious at Madison Square Garden?

Boxing legend Lennox Lewis talking to The Sun:

“When Anthony came to America last year and Miller came up and crashed his press conference, I thought that was big set-up and I was not fooled by it. I have only seen Miller fight once but I guess it’s the easy sort of fight they want to have in America and then go home. It’s not really a fight that will test Anthony. Miller is just an up-and-coming heavyweight who is trying to make himself known to the world. But no one really knows him in America and they don’t know him too well in England either.”

Former world super-middleweight champion Carl Froch talking to Sky Sports:

“I think it's the right move for Joshua, especially if he can deliver another devastating knockout win. The Americans will be thinking 'Wow this is who they've been talking about, big AJ from England'. He will have arrived in America, people will have seen him in action, and that applies a bit of pressure on Deontay Wilder to consider negotiations more seriously. I believe Joshua can make it a controlled performance of what he's capable of, with an explosive finish. Miller is a very big heavyweight, but I think Joshua can wear him down and get him out of there.”

Heavyweight fighter Dillian Whyte talking to Sky Sports News:

“Miller is garbage. I can’t believe they’d choose to fight Miller over fighting me, but I get it. It’s a business move. Joshua needs to fight on DAZN in America and [promoter] Eddie [Hearn] is under pressure to deliver. Miller is the perfect opponent for America. He looks the part, he’s undefeated, he can’t punch, he’s got a good work rate – you know he will talk the talk. He’s a perfect opponent for them. I wouldn’t waste my time going to the fight, I know what’s going to happen already. [The fight will go] six, seven rounds minimum and then [Miller] is going to get knocked out.”
