NBA betting tips from Bettingpro.com's basketball expert, including the best bets from Detroit Pistons at Milwaukee Bucks and Washington Wizards at Miami Heat.

Detroit Pistons at Milwaukee Bucks (01:00 GMT on Thursday)

The Detroit Pistons kick off their three-game trip in Milwaukee with the aim of extending their five-game winning run. Behind the impressive performances of Tobias Harris (25 points) and Avery Bradley (24 points), the Pistons cooled off the Miami Heat 112-103 on Sunday to improve to 10-3. The two stars are again out to shine in this game along with Reggie Jackson, Ish Smith and double-double machine Andre Drummond. The Bucks (7-6), meanwhile, have won their last three games to inch closer to the Pistons in the Central Division. They are coming off a 110-103 home win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday with Giannis Antetokounmpo leading the charge with 27 points, nine rebounds and seven assists. Helping the versatile Greek forward in this duel are Khris Middleton, Malcolm Brogdon and recent acquisition Eric Bledsoe. The Pistons beat the Bucks 105-96 last November 3 in their first meeting this season. The Bucks, however, are favored to win their rematch.

Washington Wizards at Miami Heat (00:30 GMT on Thursday)

Getting their fourth-straight win is the goal of the Washington Wizards when they head to South Beach. The Southeast Division leaders improved to 8-5 after blasting the Sacramento Kings 110-92 on Monday. Bradley Beal and John Wall will again spearhead Washington's offense. Both players are averaging over 20 points per game this season. Backing up the prolific duo are Otto Porter, Kelly Oubre and Marcin Gortat. The Heat (6-7), meanwhile, ended their six-game trip with a 103-112 defeat at Detroit on Sunday. Miami has its own prolific backcourt duo of Goran Dragic and Dion Waiters while Hassan Whiteside should have a nice match-up against Gortat underneath the basket. Miami has won its last five meetings against Washington. We expect the trend to continue after this game.
