Sam Eggington v Przemyslaw Zysk Boxing Betting Odds, Tips & Predictions
Sam Eggington will be looking to prove his days are not numbered as he goes in search of his fourth successive victory.
The Birmingham-born fighter’s career looked in tatters after he suffered a unanimous points decision against Ted Cheeseman as he lost the IBF international light middleweight title.
Since then, he has won three fights on the bounce. He stopped Ashley Theophane in the sixth round in 2020, before claiming points victories over Carlos Molina and Bilel Jkitou.
The win over Jkitou proved Eggington can still mix it in this division. He was successful in an absolutely bruising encounter which was voted the fight of the year in 2021. The two continuously traded blows with Eggington having a swollen face to prove it.
If Eggington produces a similar gutsy showing against Przemyslaw Zysk then he will start to move up the rankings and earn himself much bigger fights.
Polish fighter Zysk has an unbeaten record with 18 wins and six of them coming by way of knockout. He might be undefeated, but Eggington has the experience.
I am backing Eggington to be too strong for Zysk. He packs a punch – proved by his 18 knockout wins. I am backing Eggington to claim a knockout win in the sixth round to take his magical number to 19.
