Jake Paul v Nate Diaz Boxing Betting Tips & Predictions
Jake Paul continues to annoy traditional boxing fans by getting big-name fighters who have hardly ever been in a boxing ring.
The first actual boxer he faced – Tommy Fury – he lost to. So, he has gone back to fighting UFC fighters who are used to fighting on the floor rather than their feet.
I have respect for anyone who steps foot into the squared circle, but I just cannot get on board with these ‘celebrities’ getting involved and calling themselves professional fighters.
I understand it’s a business and Paul is bringing a new audience to the sport – it doesn’t mean we have to like it though.
He has won six of his seven fights with two victories over Tyron Woodley and one over Anderson Silva. If those fights were in the Octagon, Paul would not be getting his hand raised.
He’s not in the Octagon and he knows how to do enough to get the wins. I think Diaz will be too aggressive for his own good.
He is a character who likes to have things his own way, if they don’t, he can lose his head and I think that is what Paul is counting on.
I would not be surprised if Diaz completely lost it and ended up getting disqualified, but hopefully, he will be more composed than that.
As I said earlier, Paul does enough to get the job done. Back him to get a decision win over the former UFC lightweight title challenger.
