Frazer Clarke v Dave Allen Boxing Betting Tips & Predictions
Frazer Clarke might be 32, but he believes he has a bright future in the heavyweight division and will be eager to put in a good showing against Dave Allen in order to secure some big fights in the near future.
The former Olympian turned professional in 2022 and has had seven professional fights. He has won all seven with five coming by way of knockout and two on points.
His last bout took place at York Hall in London when he won a unanimous decision over Mariusz Wach, and he knows adding the scalp of Allen will help him negotiate some big fights.
OK, Allen is not the biggest name in boxing, but he is a character and will offer some kind of test for Clarke.
Allen retired in 2020 as he didn’t want to spend the rest of his life being punched in the face. He soon reversed his decision and has had three fights since his U-turn.
His pro record has seen him win 21 of his 28 fights with five defeats and two draws. Since returning to the ring, he has won three fights in succession against Andrea Pesce, Milen Paunov and Michael Bassett.
Allen is a big puncher, but Clarke is starting his climb up the rankings and needs to be dominant if he is to be taken seriously.
A points win for Clarke will not be acceptable. He needs to attack from the opening bell. I am backing him to do that with a third-round KO win.
