Craig Richards v Ricards Bolotniks Boxing Betting Offer, Tips & Predictions

Craig Richards will feature on the Dillian Whyte versus Jermaine Franklin undercard when he takes on Ricards Bolotniks at the Wembley Arena on Saturday night.

The Spider has a professional record of 21 fights, 17 wins, three defeats and one draw. He has been beaten twice in his last three fights.

He challenged Dmitry Bivol for the WBA (Super) light heavyweight title back in May 2021. He took the champion the distance but lost a unanimous decision.

Richards returned to the ring in October of that year with a six-round stoppage win over Marek Matyja. He then suffered another points loss against Joshua Buatsi.

He didn’t disgrace himself against Buatsi and proved to the world that he can trouble the best fighters in this division.

Bolotniks has 19 wins under his belt with eight of them coming by way of knockout. His toughest test was against Buatsi last August when he suffered an 11th-round stoppage.

This will not be the hardest of fights for Richards, but this Latvian opponent will stay in the fight and cause him a few problems without it being too much of a concern.

I am backing Richards to cruise through the 12 rounds and get his hand raised by a unanimous decision. It will be a good workout for Spider, but it won’t tell us anything new about him.
