Caroline Dubois continues her professional journey on Saturday, September 30 when she looks to make it eight wins in succession against Magali Rodriguez.

Dubois – the sister of Daniel Dubois – is a former Olympian and although she failed to take home a medal in Tokyo, she then turned professional, and she looks the real deal.

She has won five of her seven professional fights by way of knockout – and considering women’s boxing has two-minute rounds that is some feat.

Her last bout went the distance as she defeated Yanina del Carmen Lescano at York Hall, before that she had won five on the spin via knockout.

Magali Rodriguez has more experience as a professional fighter than Dubois. She has won 22 fights – nine by KO – four draws and six defeats.

She might have the experience, but Dubois is a hungry young fighter and at the age of  22 she has the world at her feet.

I am backing Dubois to put on a show and claim a fourth-round stoppage win, and continue her training in the ring.
