Everest Poker

Summary

Everest Poler has made a big impact for a new room. One of the first completely European focused poker rooms (no US players allowed), Everest sports sixteen languages and offers play in most major European poker events. The traffic levels have been on the upswing since Everest opened their virtual doors, and constant PR efforts and unique promos bring in more and more players.

The rake is below the industry standard and the loyalty program rewards cash game play, so Everest Poker is swiftly becoming a favorite for ring game grinders, who can play on as many as eight tables at one time. Loose play is reported at all levels, players likely attracted by the $500 Welcome Bonus given to every player who opens an account.

Key Tournaments

With over 20 guarantee tournaments happening every day, there is always something going on at Everest Poker. Guaranteed prize pools start at $100 and buy-ins of only $0.10, with daily tournaments for $5000 or more happening every day!  The firm also has the standard sit & go and freeze out tournaments on offer every day.

Game Variety

Omaha and Seven Card Stud are on the way at Everest Poker, but at the moment the game choice is limited to Texas Hold’em. No Limit, Pot Limit and Fixed Limit are all available.

Traffic

Everest Poker has around 5,000 players at peak hours in their Ring games.

Rake

Everest Poker offers a lower than industry standard rake, which is good news to cash game players. The rake is at 4% and is capped at $3, (standard is 5% and capped at $5) and in addition to the no flop, no drop (if there is no flop no rake is taken) no rake is taken on pots that don’t equal at least three times the big blind. If only two players are at a table the rake cap is only $1—all in all, Everest is a very cash-game friendly site.

Competition

Players are seeing the flop as much as 60% of the time in many of the games at Everest Poker, even at some of the higher stake levels. Most rooms have tighter games as the stakes go up, but Everest seems to be fairly loose across the board.

Support

Everest Poker Support is 24/7, but only available via email. To top it off, players must fill out a support request form. Live chat and telephone support would be welcome, but the email response time is good.

Deposit & Withdrawal Options

Everest poker currencies accepted include Dollars, Pounds and Euros.
Deposit options: NETeller, Visa, MasterCard, Firepay, Citadel, bank draft and ECO Card (French, Spanish, German, and Greek) and 1PAY.
Withdrawal options: NETeller and bank transfer.
