Game Variety
When you download bwinPoker you can play No Limit Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Omaha Hi-Lo, Seven-Card Stud, Seven-Card Stud Hi-Lo and Five-Card Draw with full table, shorthanded, and heads-up tables all available. (short-handed ring games are 5-max on bwin Poker instead of the usual 6-max.)
High-limit tables run as high as $500/$1,000 in Fixed-Limit and $10/$20 in No-Limit Texas Hold'em. 5¢-10¢ games are the smallest limit. As you would expect, traffic is concentrated in the Micro to Low limit tables.
Traffic
Traffic at bwin is pretty good, especially at Hold’em games, although there are more and more players showing interest in Draw, Stud and Omaha games. Traffic is higher at European peak times. Overall bwin Poker has good ring-game traffic at almost all hours.
Rake
The rake at bwinPoker follows the industry standard of 5%, which caps at $1 for heads-up, $2 for three-to-four players and $3 for more than five players. In No-Limit the rake is 1¢ per 20¢ at anything below 25¢/50¢ while anything higher than that is 5¢ per $1. As far as Limit goes anything lower than 50¢/$1 is raked at 1¢ per 20¢ rate while 50¢/$1 to $2/$4 is raked at 5¢ per $1. Anything above $2/$4 is raked at 25¢ per $5.
Competition
Bwin has games at micro, low, medium and high levels. Games are soft at the lowest levels of Limit and No Limit Hold’em while high-stakes games provide tougher competition.
