BBC Sports Personality of the Year and 16-time Champion Jockey Tony McCoy is aiming to land a bumper £100,000 prize for charity when he takes part in William Hill’s fantasy horse racing competition ‘The Jumps’ - which is live to enter now.

William Hill’s new ‘face of the National Hunt season’ has put forward his ten best horses to follow for the coming season and he’s hoping his monumental success in the saddle will transfer to his selections, with any winnings donated to charity.

AP has plumped for William Hill King George and Cheltenham Gold Cup hero Long Run as his Stable Star - spearheading an intriguing list including established champions like Big Buck’s and Binocular, and future stars such as Sprinter Sacre and Wishfull Thinking.

Bonus odds, enhanced by 20% at William Hill, are available each time the selected Stable Star runs.

With hurdling heroes Big Buck’s and Binocular due to make appearances this weekend, AP could get off to a real flyer in the competition.

Lucy Rhodes, spokeswoman for William Hill, explained to Bettingpro: ‘McCoy has a real varied bag of selections for The Jumps, ranging from his old pal Binocular to less familiar names such as Michel Le Bon. Can the champion jockey rule ‘The Jumps’ as well when charity is at stake?’

Reckon you can out-point AP? Or fancy the champ will go the distance? Keep track of his progress at www.thejumps.com or via Twitter @racingkate.

The Jumps competition is open to enter NOW, however the clock is ticking to the entry closing date of November 26th, so get choosing!

Coupon slips are available in William Hill betting shops and it costs just £2 to enter, with a win prize of £100,000 and runner-up prize of £50,000 up for grabs at the end of the competition in March, plus monthly prizes of £4,000 available.

TONY MCCOY’S ‘THE JUMPS’ SELECTIONS ARE:

Stable Star – Long Run

Big Bucks
Binocular
Finians Rainbow
Noble Prince
Sprinter Sacre
Wishfull Thinking
Michel Le Bon
Menorah
Time for Rupert
