It may be a couple of more weeks until the Christmas presents are allowed to be opened, but in the meantime Santa has delivered a gift to behold to keep us entertained throughout the Christmas and New Year period.

Unibet offer outright betting as well as pre match and live betting on every match from the first round through until the final on January 2nd. There is streaming available on every match so you can watch and bet on every dart thrown! Plus with Unibet’s amazing offer there is no reason to place your outright bets anywhere else - If any Dutch player reached the final then Unibet will refund all losing pre tournament outright bets!

This Thursday 15th the gift box will open at the Alexandra Palace in London and the world’s finest Darts players will explode onto the oche to battle for the PDC World Championship title! Unibet are rewarding everyone who has been good this year and to celebrate have an amazing offer – If any Dutch player reached the final then Unibet will refund all losing pre tournament outright bets!

Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor is the red hot favourite at 1.90 to win the tournament for an incredible 16th time! Despite now being 51 his game is still as accurate and punishing as ever as he has continued to demonstrate this year winning the World Matchplay, the World Grand Prix and the Grand Slam of Darts just a few weeks ago.

At odds of 9.00 defending champion Adrian ‘Jackpot’ Lewis will be hoping to follow the success of his former mentor and win the title again whilst last year’s runner up Gary Anderson is also 9.00 to win his first ever PDC World Championship title. James ‘The Machine’ Wade is 11.00 to win although is not in the best form of late and his best performance was in 2009 when he reached the semi finals.

Australian Simon Whitlock is 25.00 to go one better then in 2010 when he finished runner up to Phil Taylor whilst popular Dutchman Raymond Van Barneveld is also 25.00 to win his 6th World Championship.

“The World Darts Championship has been one of the biggest events in the UK sporting calendar for a number for years, but recently its popularity has gone through the roof!” Erik Backlund Head of Unibet’s Sportsbook told Bettingpro.

“With a prizepool of £1,000,000 and players from UK, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Japan, Portugal, South Africa, Serbia, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Spain, Belgium, Holland, USA and many many others it is truly an international spectacle to behold! Rain, wind or snow the atmosphere promises to be red hot!”
