Ladbrokes paying out six places on Qatar Masters

Ladbrokes have decided to increase their each-way terms on the 2012 Qatar Masters, with Lee Westwood favourite to claim victory

Lee Westwood is the favourite to win the Qatar Masters according to Ladbrokes.

The Englishman is the 10/1 favourite however he faces tough competition in the Middle East from Martin Kaymer (12/1) and Sergio Garcia  at 14/1. After whipping up a sandstorm in Abu Dhabi last week Thomas Bjorn earns a 20/1 quote.

Across the pond at the Phoenix Open  Webb Simpson is fancied at 14/1 over defending champion Mark Wilson (33/1), however the firm have seen significant money laid for Scot Martin Laird (20/1).

As the January blues are over the firm are feeling generous and will be paying out on 6 places across both of the tournaments.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes told Bettingpro: "Pay day has come early for golf punters. It looks like some of the outsiders could cause an upset in Qatar and Arizona."
