Blue Square Bet South side Eastleigh have clinched the services of striker Lee Phillips on loan from Blue Square Bet Premier strugglers Bath City.
The 31-year-old forward finished the 2010/11 campaign as the Romans' top scorer but has failed to replicate that form this season, bagging just three goals.
His first-team chances have also been limited by the form of on-loan striker Sean Canham this term, leading to a loan move to the Spitfires.
Speaking to the club's official website, Phillips said: "I've loved every minute of my time at Bath City and if I could come back I would.
"The fans and everyone associated with the club have been brilliant and I'm just sorry that the rest of the team and I could not emulate what we achieved last season.
"The club is in great hands with manager Adie Britton and chairman Manda Rigby and I'm sure will be a force in the league again. Up the Romans!"
Phillips joined the Romans from Cambridge United in the summer of 2010 and also counts Weymouth, Rushden & Diamonds, Torquay, Exeter, Weymouth and Plymouth amongst his former clubs.
