Bordeaux, who last won the French title in 2008-09, are currently sitting in sixth place on the league rankings with 13 points without tasting a single defeat.

From their seven league matches this season they have managed to pick up three wins and four draws and will be looking to keep up their unbeaten start to the campaign.

Bordeaux were outclassed in a 3-0 defeat at Newcastle United in the Europa League in midweek, while there last Ligue 1 outing saw them run out 2-0 winners away at Lyon with Benoit Tremoulinas and Cheick Diabate scoring the goals.

Brest, who are the home side, are not doing quite as well as they are down in 14th place with nine points and are a massive nine points behind current leaders Marseille.

Their last Ligue 1 encounter saw them beaten 1-0 away at Ajaccio, while they last picked up three points in a 2-1 home win over Valenciennes with Jonathan Ayite and Eden Ban Basat on September 22.

These two last locked horns in March 2012 with Bordeaux running out 2-0 winners and Bet365 are offering odds of 7/1 that it happens again, while a 1-1 draw can be backed at 5/1.

Bordeaux are the even money favourites to win this game with Bet365, while you can get odds of 3/1 that Brest take the points. The draw can be backed at 11/5.
