Luis Suarez, Jorge Fucile, Nicolas Lodeiro and Diego Lugano all set to miss World Cup semi-final

Uruguay coach Oscar Tabarez could be without four of his first choice starting eleven this evening for the 2010 World Cup semi-final clash with Holland.

Luis Suarez and Jorge Fucile are suspended for the South Americans, while creative midfielder Nicolas Lodeiro is injured. Diego Lugano could also miss out with a knee problem.

That means that Alvaro Periera will play at left back and be tasked with trying to contain Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben.

Edinson Cavani will play in attack alongside Diego Forlan.

Holland coach Bert Van Marwijk has confirmed that Robin Van Persie will start, despite an injury scare over the weekend, although defender Gregory Van Der Wiel and midfielder Nigel De Jong are both suspended, so Khalid Boulharouz and Demy De Zeeuw are set to step in.

Match Odds from William Hill

Holland – 8/13
Draw – 12/5
Uruguay – 11/2
