Hughes may be past his prime, but we think this fight actually favours him. An awesome wrestler, Hughes still has plenty to offer in the UFC and this may be a tougher fight for Almeida than some expect.

After support from punters on Saturday, Hughes can be backed at a best price 8/5 at time of writing with Stan James, while Almeida's best price is at Victor Chandler (8/13).

Almeida, a good wrestler with a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, could find tonight's fight hard work against Hughes' wrestling game.

But Almeida has an awesome ground game and should Hughes make a mistake tonight, then he could pay for it.

Both fighters like to work from top position and if it's Hughes who is able to take his opponent down first and work him from there, this could be a win for the underdog tonight.

Hughes himself has decent Jiu-Jitsu although perhaps not as effective as Almeida's. But although Hughes may be past his best, it's hard to see him being finished off tonight and we've got this one down as going to the judges.
