The punching KO earned him Knockout of the Night – a far cry from his performance prior against Cain Velasquez, where he was KO'ed in little over two minutes. Before that match, the Brazilian had fought just three fights in almost three years.Mir enters on the back of two straight victories, one going to decision and the other long into the third-round. Nogueria will be up for the long-haul, however, with his average fight time 10:57 – twice Mir's.The match should be an interesting one for submission fans, as both fighters have more submission victories under their belt than any other type.
