The Shanghai Masters snooker qualifying continues today, with Jimmy White in action against Nigel Bond

Players from around the world will attempt to qualify for the main tournament from July 31 - August 4.

The top 16 seeded players have already been placed into the draw bracket and await their opponents from the qualifying rounds.

Players including Mike Dunn, Nigel Bond and Matthew Selt join veterans of the game such as Tony Drago and Steve Davis in attempting to secure their places in the season's second ranking event in China.

The main tournament is to be played from September 5-11.
