Ronnie O'Sullivan is top price of 13/2 for back-to-back World Snooker Championship titles with Ladbrokes.

The Rocket eased past Ali Carter to pick up his fourth world title on Monday night and the firm are a clear industry top price of 13/2 for O'Sullivan to be crowned champion for a fifth time at next year's tournament. 

Following Stephen Hendry's retirement it's opened the door for players to reach, and possibly surpass his record of seven victories in Sheffield and the bookies chalk up O'Sullivan at 16/1 to do so by 2020.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes told Bettingpro: 

"As long as The Rocket returns to the game after his break we see him as the only man to beat Hendry's incredible record. Judd Trump may be rising through the ranks but Ronnie's still the hottest ticket in town."
