The 2010 world champion breezed past top quality opposition in John Higgins and Ding Junhui to claim glory north of the border.
Australian Robertson stunned the crowd as he saw-off local hero John Higgins 3-0 in the first semi-final, with top runs of 69 and 97.
He then continued his blistering form in the final, producing two century breaks in beating Ding Junhui 3-1.
Despite Ding taking the opening frame with a superb three-cushion pot on a respotted black, Robertson rallied round, levelling up with a terrific 140 break, enough to win him the £1,000 weekly high break prize.
He then followed it up with another century to lead 2-1 and went on to secure the victory with two fragmented breaks against the shot clock.
"The way I played in both matches was good," said Robertson. "I had a lot of work to do from last season which wasn't really acceptable and I've worked hard on practice table."
"I was really pleased with how I played and to win two frames with back to back centuries was very satisfying, and to make a 140 in this type of format is something." He added.
Ding won through to the final thanks to a 3-2 victory over a jet-lagged Shaun Murphy.
He took the opener with a 92, only for recent Brazil Masters winner Murphy to fight back to lead 2-1, courtesy of two 98 breaks.
The Chinese sensation fired in an impressive 87 to take the game into a final frame shootout, in which he stayed composed to knock in a quick-fire 80 for victory.
Robertson's victory means he joins Matthew Stevens, Mark Williams and Shaun Murphy at the top of the table.
The league returns for week 4 at the Doncaster Dome Thursday September 29, featuring Ronnie O'Sullivan v Matthew Stevens and Ali Carter v Ding Junhui.
