Wigan, who won the title in 2010, and Warrington, who finished top of the league after the weekly rounds in 2011, both failed to reach the 2011 Grand Final but Bet365 believe they are still the two to beat.

You can get odds of 11/4 with Bet365 on either the Warriors or the Wolves getting to Old Trafford in October and winning the Super League title.

They are quite generous odds for Wigan who will start the season with new coach Shaun Wane in charge and he could face a rough start to the campaign as he is without the likes of Paul Deacon and Andy Coley (both retired), Ryan Hoffman (Melbourne Storm) and Joel Tomkins (Saracens).

The Warriors have recruited the likes of Gil Dudson, Ben Flower, Anthony Gelling and Elphame Lauaki - but only time will tell if they cut the mustard or not.

Warrington will still be upset at the fact they failed to reach the Grand Final despite being the best side in the completion up until the play-offs started.

Defending champions Leeds Rhinos can be backed at 5/1 with Boylesports to retain their title, while St Helens are third favourites at 10/3 with BetFred.

Huddersfield Giants will be looking to push on this year as Nathan Brown settles down for his final year in charge and they can be backed at 14/1 with Bet365.

Without being too disrespectful to the rest of Super League it looks like Warrington, Wigan, Saints, Leeds and the Giants will complete the top five with the remaining teams fighting it out for the final three play-off places.

Super League 2012 Betting Odds (Bet365 unless stated)
