Wests Tigers kick off their 2010 NRL campaign at home against the Manly Sea Eagles in what should be a thoroughly entertaining clash.

Former Wigan Warriors forward Mark Flanagan will make his Tigers debut from the bench, while Lote Tuqiri, Benji Marshall and Gareth Ellis should all start.

Co-captains Jamie Lyon and Jason King both start for the Sea Eagles in round one, while the dangerous Brett Stewart starts at full-back.

These two last met in round 21 when the Tigers clinched a narrow 19-18 victory after leading Manly 18-0 at one stage.

Sportsbet.com.au have the Tigers as slight favourites at 1.75A$, while the Sea Eagles are available at 2.10 for the victory.

Half-time/full-time betting is very popular in the NRL and the Tigers to be leading at the break and Manly taking the win at full-time is available at 7.50 with Sportsbet.com.au.

This should be an entertaining clash with plenty of points and the Tigers are on offer at 21.00 to claim a 10 point victory, while the Sea Eagles can be backed at 31.00 to see off the Tigers by 20 points.
