England looking to maintain 100% Six Nations record against Italy on Saturday

England have opted to keep the same starting XV that defeated Wales in last weekend’s Six Nations opener when they entertain Italy at Twickenham.

Coach Martin Johnson has decided to keep James Haskell as his open-side flanker with Hendre Fourie taking a place on the bench with Joe Worsley the man dropping out altogether.

In contrast, Italy coach Nick Mallett has made four changes to the team that suffered a narrow defeat against Ireland.

Scrum-half Edoardo Gori and New Zealand-born flanker Josh Sole will sit out the match through injury and are replaced by Pablo Canavosio and Valerio Bernabo.

Fly-half Kris Burton drops to the bench with Luciano Orquera replacing him and South African-born lock Carlo Del Fava comes in for Santiago Dellape.

England, who have a 100% record against Italy with 16 consecutive victories, are clear favourites and can be backed at 1/80 with SportingBet, while Italy are on offer at 33/1 with BetFair. You can get odds of 50/1 with Paddy Power that the game ends in a draw.

Winning margin bets are very popular during the Six Nations and England are available 3/1 with Stan James that they win by 1-12 points, while the Italians can be backed at 14/1 with BetFred for a 1-5 point success.
