Oxford Cambridge Boat Race latest odds and tips

Coral bookmakers make Cambridge the 1-2 favourites to win the 157th Boat Race on Saturday

The light blues have been backed in from 4-7 to win it again, a year after causing one of the biggest shocks ever when they were 4-1 to win.

Oxford is 6-4 and the dead heat is 100-1.

“Although on paper it looks like being a close affair, all the money of the last week has been for Cambridge, and with the usual fivers and tenners taken for the dead heat at 100-1, we will definitely be cheering on an Oxford win,” said Coral spokesman Gary Burton.

Both teams are quoted at 10-11 by Coral to win the coin toss.
