Mark Johnston’s Quai D’Orsay has received a 50-1 quote from William Hill following his impressive victory at Hamilton this afternoon. The son of multiple Group 1 winner Sulamani produced a likeable impression, and eventually ran out an easy winner of the Always Trying EBF Maiden. Mick Channon’s Forty Thirty, who was sent of the 13-8 favourite for the race, finished second – almost four lengths behind the winner.
