"I've been out on course and the snow was well above my ankles, five inches, possibly more has fallen and we're really going to struggle,” Armstrong explained. "The forecast is for more snow showers during the day [Thursday], we've scheduled an inspection at 8am on Friday, but if conditions don't improve then we could bring things forward." The Fighting Fifth Hurdle is the highlight of Saturday’s card and the Grade One feature sees the eagerly anticipated dual between Binocular and Peddlers Cross on their seasonal reappearances.
