The Irish President candidates are set to appear on TV3 this week for what could be a heated debate
Paddy Power are betting tempers could flare during the Presidential debate on TV3 tomorrow night and are offering 10/1 on host Vincent Browne walking off set during what many expect will be a heated debate.
It comes after some heated exchanges between Newstalk presenter Eamon Dunphy, Fine Gael’s Gay Mitchell and Sinn Fein’s Martin McGuinness on Dunphy’s Sunday morning chat show.
Paddy Power have also renewed their cliché betting, this time shortening ‘Northern Bank’ to 10/1 from 16/1, while ‘All Kinds of Everything’ has been installed into the betting at 50/1 after Dana almost let it slip out on Friday night’s Late Late Show.
Sharon McHugh, spokesperson for Paddy Power told Bettingpro: “Vincent’s hosting style is a lot more aggressive than Ryan Tubridy’s so we could see a few sparks fly as the second big TV debate gets underway!”
Michael D Higgins remains Paddy Power’s 1/2 going into tomorrow’s Live television debate.
