WSOPE replaces HORSE event with Mixed Hold’em/Omaha tournament and will be held in London from 17 Sept – 1 October.
The 2009 World Series of Poker Europe will take place at London’s Empire Casino from 17 September – 1 October 2009. Event organizers have added a new event to the roster, a £2,500 pot limit hold’em/pot limit Omaha tournament that replaces the HORSE event.
The full schedule is as follows:
* Friday, 18 Sept 2009: £1,000 + £60 – no-limit hold’em day 1A (3-day event/2 start days)
* Saturday, 19 Sept 2009: £1,000 + £60 – no-limit hold’em day 1B
* Monday, 21 Sept 2009: £2,500 + £150 – pot-limit hold’em/pot-limit Omaha (3-day event)
* Wednesday, 23 Sept 2009: £5,000 + £250 – pot-limit Omaha (3-day event)
* Saturday, 26 Sept 2009: £10,000 + £350 – world championship no-limit hold’em day 1A (5-day event/2 start days) “Main Event”
* Sunday, 27 Sept 2009: £10,000 + £350 – world championship no-limit hold’em day 1B “Main Event”
