Moritz Kranich of Hamburg, Germany is the newest European Poker Tour champion. The 28 year old won a crucial pot when play got down to three-handed and assured himself a commanding victory. For his efforts, Kranich earned €851,400. He overcame 19 year old Frenchman (and early final table chip leader) Tristan Clemencon en route to victory.
