Toronto Maple Leafs v St. Louis Blues live

Bettingpro Staff - 12 Feb 2010
The Toronto Maple Leafs are in St. Louis tonight to take on the Blues and the Leafs find themselves with a rare opportunity to pick up a road win.

Bodog have opened their lines for this game which gets underway at about 5pm ET and here are the odds for each team straight up:

Toronto: +120 (6/5)
St. Louis: -140 (5/7)

Toronto are horrific on the road this year as they are just 8-23 as a visiting team.  However, they do not have long odds in this game because the Blues are the worst home team in the NHL as they have a pathetic 10-21 record when 'entertaining' their home fans.

St. Louis are the hotter team of late even though they have gone just 4-6 in their last 10 games.  The reason that mediocre record can be considered hot is because Toronto are just 2-8 in their last 10 games, something that makes them a very difficult team to bet here.

This looks like it could be a close game but better to go with the Blues as they have been a much better overall team than Toronto this year.
