Eli seems to come good when the pressure is really on – this season he set a new record for most 4th Quarter Touchdowns and he increased his QB rating from 92.9 in the regular season to 103.1 in the postseason. This is a huge increase of a guy who thrives when the heat is on. With Brady though what you get is consistency as also reflected in his ratings which go from a 105.6 in the regular season to 105.8 in the postseason. Match Ups – Even with the NE Offence fully healthy they will face a tough test against the likes of Jason Pierre-Paul, Osi Umenyiora and Justin Tuck in the NYG defence who will most certainly force Brady into some key mistakes. For the NE Defence the key to winning the game is to stop Eli Manning passing to the NYG big play receivers and so need to apply constant pressure on him. Even then, San Francisco Giants managed to achieve this in the postseason sacking Manning 6 times but it was still not enough to win the game! NEs tight end combo of Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez is one of the most feared duos in football.
