San Francisco won a thrilling divisional playoff with the Saints, 36-32, following some late fireworks at Candlestick Park that saw four touchdowns in the final four minutes. Then, 24 hours later, the Giants walked into historic Lambeau Field and shut down Aaron Rodgers and Co, wrapping up a 37-20 success. Now these two will battle it out for a place in the Super Bowl and Ladbrokes make the 49ers the 10/13 favourites to book their place in Indianapolis. The Giants, meanwhile, are 6/5 to register their third straight playoff victory after dispatching of the Falcons and Packers so far. This game has all the makings of being a classic.First-year coach Jim Harbaugh has turned San Francisco from 6-10 also-rans to 13-3 Super Bowl candidates, and he has done that on the back of a dominant defence that ranked fourth overall during the regular season. In Patrick Willis they have one of the best linebackers in the game, and the Niners’ secondary has proven it has the ability to create turnovers, forcing five against the Saints last weekend. On offence Harbaugh has helped resurrect the career of quarterback Alex Smith, with the help of Michael Crabtree (9/1 first touchdown) and Vernon Davis (13/2). But the key figure will be running back Frank Gore (11/2) against a dominant New York front four. Osi Umenyiora, Jason Pierre-Paul, Justin Tuck and Mathias Kiwanuka are a handful for any offensive line and they will once again be looking to wreak havoc in this one. They have already seen off Matt Ryan and Aaron Rodgers, and they will have every confidence of adding Smith to that list on Sunday. On offence quarterback Manning has enjoyed a superb season and has surely erased any doubt that he is one of the elite players in his position. Manning has formed an exciting partnership with the receivers Victor Cruz (8/1 first touchdown), Mario Manningham (12/1) and Hakeen Nicks (15/2), while the running game has come back to life in the playoffs with Ahmad Bradshaw (8/1) and Brandon Jacobs (9/1) combining for 240 yards in two games. If the NFC Championship game goes to overtime, Ladbrokes will refund all losing single bets up to £100 on the touchdown scorer markets. And it is also worth noting that the firm are offering enhanced odds on marquee markets of live TV NFL games all season long. This covers Money Line, Point Spread, Total Points, 1st Half Point Spread and 1st Half Totals.
