Live streaming sports fans have plenty to get excited about on Saturday with the Turkish Super Lig coming to an end with Fenerbahce and Galatasaray fighting it out for the title, while there is plenty more football, rugby league and beach volleyball to enjoy as well.
The champions of the Turkish Super Lig will be crowned on Saturday when Fenerbahce and Galatasaray lock horns in the final game of the Championship Group.
Fenerbahce are doing really well in the Championship Group and are currently second in the table after winning four matches and only losing one of their five matches.
Galatasaray, on the other hand, still lead the competition due to points accumulated in the weekly rounds. They may have move points than their opponents but they have only won twice since the Championship Group started and the advantage may well be with Fenerbahce.
Fenerbahce come into this game on the back of a convincing 3-1 away win at Trabzonspor, while Galatasaray’s title bid was put on hold as they were held to a 2-2 draw at home to Besiktas.
Other key football taking place on Saturday is the final matches of the Liga Sagres in Portugal with the battle to survive not yet over.
Academica de Coimbra need to beat Vitoria Guimaraes to avoid relegation, but if they lose or draw and Feirense beat Gil Vicente then it will be Academica de Coimbra the team going down.
There are two more matches being streamed live from Round 10 of the NRL with New Zealand Warriors taking on the Sydney Roosters, while North Queensland Cowboys travel to take on Newcastle Knights.
New Zealand Warriors will need to up their game if they are to get remotely close to reaching a second successive NRL Grand Final when they take on Sydney Roosters on Saturday.
The Warriors have got off to a slow start in 2012 and are currently in 10th place on the league ladder with eight points after recording four wins from nine matches.
That record is not what they would have planned for and even though they managed a 30-20 win at home against the in-form Brisbane Broncos they will still be disappointed in how they are going at the moment.
The Roosters currently hold on to the eighth and final play-off place and will be going all out to claim their sixth victory of the campaign and give themselves a head start over the chasing pack.
The Sydney outfit come into this encounter on the back of a convincing 24-6 win over Newcastle Knights with Mitchell Pearce grabbing one of their four tries.
The North Queensland Cowboys will be looking to remain in the top four when they do battle with the Newcastle Knights in Round 10 in the NRL on Saturday.
The Cowboys, on paper, have an outstanding team with the likes of Matty Bowen, Jonathan Thurston, Brent Tate, Matt Scott and Dallas Johnson in their ranks, but you fear that if they do not win a Grand Final in 2012 then they never will.
They are currently fourth on the NRL ladder and will stay their if they see off the Knights to record their sixth success of the campaign.
The Cowboys come into this game on the back of a clinical display in their 30-6 hammering of the St George Illawarra Dragons with Bowen and Tate getting on the score sheet.
The Knights, however, remain on the verge of the play-offs in ninth spot and will be hoping to claim their fifth win of the season and hope other results fall their way.
The Knights are now coached by former Broncos and Dragons chief Wayne Bennett, and despite having players like Darius Boyd, Jarrod Mullen, Akuila Uate and Willie Mason they are yet to really impress.
Bennett’s boys will be hoping to bounce back from last weekend’s 24-6 loss at the hands of Sydney Roosters with Mullen the only player crossing the whitewash.
Other highlights on Saturday include tennis action from the Madrid Masters, Table Tennis Olympic Qualifiers and Handball Olympic Qulaifiers.
