Nicky Henderson has had the first three winners at Aintree on Grand National day and he is looking to claim victory in the showpiece with Shakalakaboomboom.

Simonsig, Sprinter Sacre and Oscar Whisky have given Nicky Henderson a treble on Grand National day at Aintree and the top trainer is looking to cap a fantastic day by saddling Shakalakaboomboom to victory in the biggest race of the day.

The 8-year-old has already won at both Cheltenham and Punchestown this season although he was beaten on his last run, losing to Kilmacowen when well fancied at Warwick.

However, the Nicky Henderson stable are clearly in top form and jockey Barry Geraghty is riding on the crest of a wave after his treble in the opening three races at Aintree and the Cheltenham Festival champion jockey will be looking to claim success in the Grand National.

Shakalakaboomboom has been well back to win the 2012 Grand National and if he does then there are sure to be tears from the trainer, who was very emotional after watching Oscar Whisky win earlier in the day.

Shakalakaboomboom is a top price of 12/1 with bet365 to win the 2012 Grand National.
