Stenson 4/9 for Sun City Title after 1st round 63 in Nedbank

Henrik Stenson is the 4/9 favourite with Stan James for the Nedbank Golf Challenge in Sun City following his opening round nine under par 63 earlier today. South African Rory Sabatini is the 7/1 second favourite but he trails the Swede by five shots after his 68. Lee Westwood (-2) was the only other player under par after his 70 and the Englishman is 9/1.
 
"It looks as if the European Ryder Cup player has one hand on the valuable prize but fellow countryman Robert Karlsson ( 4 under after 10 back to level par) showed that there are any number of dangers on the course especially if your driving is wayward and Stenson has 54 more holes to play. That said his win with Karlsson in last week's World Cup showed his game was coming nicely to the boil in the latter stages of what, hitherto, could hardly have been described as a vintage year for the Swede."
