The United States will look to continue their Presidents Cup dominance when they face the International team in Melbourne this week.
Former world number one and 1992 Masters champion, Fred Couples, will captain the United States team, while the 1986 and 1993 Open Championship winner Greg Norman, will captain the International team.
In the previous eight Presidents Cup tournaments the USA have won six compared to just the one for the International team.
Despite the recent form, team International are the favourites at 1.840, while the USA are offered at 2.080.
The USA team consists of Matt Kuchar, Steve Stricker, Dustin Johnson, Webb Simpson, Nick Watney, Phil Mickelson, Bubba Watson, David Toms, Hunter Mahan, Jim Furyk, Tiger Woods and Bill Haas.
The inclusion of Tiger Woods has caused massive controversy amongst the world of golf, as the former world number one has not played well over the past two years, and looks a shadow of his former self.
Woods has not won in the last two years and has subsequently fallen out of the top 50 in the World Rankings for the first time since he was a 20-year-old rookie in 1996.
Woods played for the first time in nearly two months at the Frys.com Open were he finished 30th.
The International team consists of five Australians, three South Koreans, three South Africans and one Japanese player.
Jason Day has yet to win on the PGA Tour this year but has finished runner-up at both the US Open and the Masters.
His national compatriot Adam Scott has had an equally fantastic year, after winning the WGC Bridgestone Invitational and carding seven top10 finishes in 18 starts.
