Both championships may be decided but the Red Bull steamroller keeps pounding on, racking up the team's 13th pole position from 17 races so far this season. Again it's the champion out front, Sebastian Vettel starting ahead of team-mate Mark Webber on the front row, with Lewis Hamilton penalised three places after failing to observe double waved yellow flags in Friday's first practice session.

The Indian Grand Prix makes its debut this season and so far - despite the attentions of some over-enthusiastic local wildlife - the drivers have given the Buddh International Circuit the thumbs up. The 3.2 mile track is fast and flowing, giving the Red Bulls a chance to stretch their aerodynamic legs and the blue cars start as hot favourite in the winning car market.

In the normal course of events and given their starting positions, Red Bull's exemplary reliability and a circuit which appears to favour them, you would expect Vettel and Webber to finish in that order tomorrow. However, with the two championships now settled, the only real fight is for second place in the driver's championship, which is being contested by Jenson Button (second - 222pts), Fernando Alonso (third - 212pts), Webber (fourth - 209pts) and Hamilton (fifth - 196pts).

Red Bull have intimated that Vettel will be asked to help Webber secure second place which could lead to him handing victory to the Australian driver tomorrow. Much depends on whether Webber can keep himself in place to be helped in such a way, but 6.2 for a win, in these circumstances, is surely worth a look. If Webber is out of contention the Vettel at 1.73 is the clear favourite to take his 11th win of the season.

The nature of the qualifying format almost always means that one of the faster midfield cars gets eliminated along with the three established backmarkers, and this season we've seen a phenomenon where that car usually ends up charging through the field to score points. Kamui Kobayashi has performed this feat twice himself, in Turkey and Germany, and has an opportunity to do so again having qualified 18th for tomorrow's race.

While he has the advantage of more sets of fresh tyres compared to those ahead, the Sauber isn't quite as quick as it was and both Force India and Toro Rosso are closing in on the Swiss team in the constructor's championship. Kobayashi hasn't been on great form of late either, having failed to score points in the last six races, but he loves a challenge and is available at 2.88 to grab at least one point tomorrow. Also worth a punt is Paul di Resta, who starts 13th but has scored points in four of the last six races. He's driving for Force India so the team's home race would be a great place to continue that run and he's available at 1.98.

To finish, a quick look at some of the other markets: for fastest race lap I'd go for Vettel - I see him getting out front and controlling things from there tomorrow, and potentially ceding position to Webber late on. Regarding the safety car market, the track layout seems to indicate that there is a reasonable chance of the safety car being called upon at some stage with walls fairly close to the track in some fast areas, so a bet at 1.45 is worth considering.
