Victor Chandler have opened a book on when Rangers and Celtic will leave the SPL, and they make the 2013/14 season the 5/2 favourite.

It has been an age old issue as to when the Old Firm will break away from Scottish Football, and the English Premier League are due to discuss the possibility of allowing the two clubs to join a two tier league in the future.

And Celtic chief-executive Peter Lawwell today reiterated his desire to see the club leave the Scottish league.

The firm offer 3/1 the pair leave in 2012/13 while it's 25/1 they are both not playing in the SPL next season.

VC spokesman Neal Wilkins said: "It’s no secret that both Celtic and Rangers would jump at the chance to compete in the English Premier League.
